Manages staff, including monitoring employee performance, disciplinary actions, employee relations, and training issues. Coordinates and communicates daily quality, cost, and service objectives to other key areas of the Business unit.
Plans, organizes staff, directs, and controls all office and warehouse activities. Assists senior management in establishing warehouse performance objectives and standards.

Responsible for managing all aspects of customer requirements including, but not limited to, inventory accuracy, shipping, receiving, P&L responsibility, rate requirements and development of incentive programs.

Ensures the development of systems and procedures for operating and managing physical facilities, human resources, and equipment in a profitable manner
Plans, directs and implements warehouse operations, procedures and support to meet prescribed productivity and service levels
Develops and maintains a productive, motivated workforce by ensuring effective hiring, training and development of distribution center associates. Maintains a professional and courteous relationship with all customers (internal and external)Establishes programs to improve customer awareness at all levels in the organization to achieve financial results
Ensures compliance to regulations in regards to safety certification of forklift drivers, and OSHA guidelines

Procures equipment and facility preventative maintenance services to assure efficient operations of all facets of the Centre Maintains suitable equipment and services to assure security of customer and company asset.

A strong commercial sense and push towards tangible financial result, with a track record of success reaching and going beyond financial results forecasts.

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail / fulfilment Warehousing.
Fluent English.
