    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new leads and opportunities.
    2. Qualify leads through effective communication and discovery techniques.
    3. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients/customers through CRM systems.
    4. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    5. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
    6. Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and secure new business.
    7. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation campaigns.
    8. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
    9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    10. Actively engage with existing customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
    11. Foster strong relationships with clients/customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
    12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as customer support and product development to address customer needs and feedback.
    13. Continuously improve sales techniques and processes through feedback and self-development.
    14. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and generate leads.
    15. Maintain professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

    Requirements:

    1. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are essential. Proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
    2. 1-2 years of experience in either HR or Sales, ideally in a sales agency or consultancy, demonstrating a strong understanding of business development practices.
    3. Familiarity with the commercial sector, including roles such as sales, marketing, business development, customer service, and related fields.
    4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates, establishing long-term professional relationships.
    5. Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    6. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional recruitment services and exceeding client expectations.
    7. Ethical and professional conduct, ensuring confidentiality and fairness throughout the recruitment process.
