Beschrijving

• To realize detailed market study of agglomeration (economy, population, commercial area, etc.).
• Establish and maintain service & efficient relationships with employees and customers.
• Maintain order management with wholesalers, purchase points, etc.
• Organization, development and arrangement of instore activities and promotion (POS) materials, new products (manage portfolio) for selected stores, and understand the products favored by customers in the market.
• Responsible for achievement of sales targets and ensure high quality service and products are delivered.
• Develop regional new stores and increase store turnover according to the company's strategic development and values.
• Manage the company's operational, finance, project & plans, design departments and processes, and other initiatives for smooth operation and opening in a safe environment.

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably major in business, economics, municipal planning/market analysis is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in hypermarket development or store operation(s) management.
• Demonstrable years of experience in managing others.
• Have experience in commercial real estate appraisal and market analysis capabilities.
• Have certain experience and background in purchasing and cost control.
• Excellent analytical skill, problemsolving skill, presentation skill, negotiation and interpersonal skill.
• Independent thinking, excellent business sense, strong execution ability and attention to details.
• Selfmotivated, actionoriented and resultdriven, teamwork spirit yet able to work independently.
• Independent, dynamic, enjoys challenges
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Good command of MS Office
• Those who have experience and engaged in development, operation and (asset) management and/or hospitality are preferred.
