- Periodieke chemische analyses van verschillende procesbaden en reinigingsmachines (gebruikte technieken zijn AAS, IC, UV/vis en titraties);
- Periodieke fysische testen op de eigenschappen van organische en anorganische coatings (zoals corrosiebestendigheid, adhesie en hardheid);
- Beoordelen van de analyseresultaten en het bepalen van de benodigde badcorrecties met behulp van labsoftware (TrueChem);
- Beheer van resultaten van zowel chemische als fysieke testen.
- Uitvoeren van trendanalyses op gevonden meetresultaten;
- Optimaliseren van bestaande analysemethoden (indien noodzakelijk);
- Ontwikkelen van nieuwe analysemethoden, i.s.m. Process Engineering;
- Opstellen van analysevoorschriften;
- Ondersteunen van Process Engineering bij procesoptimalisatie.

Dit ga je doen
Je voert de werkzaamheden uit in teamverband met een collega Chemisch Analist. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met meerdere productieafdelingen en met de afdeling Process Engineering om de productieprocessen zo soepel mogelijk te laten verlopen, waarbij kwaliteit een zeer belangrijke rol speelt. Om jouw start zo succesvol mogelijk te maken, krijg je van ons een uitgebreid opleidingsprogramma. De inhoud en duur hiervan is afhankelijk van jouw rol en ervaring die je meebrengt en zal plaatsvinden op onze locatie in Helmond.

Fokker Landing Gear (FLG) maakt deel uit van het GKN concern en is actief op het gebied van landingsgestellen en aanverwante systemen. Dit betreft onder meer het ontwerpen en ontwikkelen, produceren en assembleren van complete landingsgestellen, maar ook de reparatie en revisie van in gebruik zijnde systemen. LG is met haar ± 240 medewerkers onder andere actief voor het F-16 gevechtsvliegtuig, de Apache gevechtshelikopter, de F-35 Lightning II (JSF), de Bombardier Dash 8 Q400 en de multipurpose NH90 helikopter. Voor een Nederlands luchtvaartbedrijf van deze omvang hebben we een unieke positie in het F-35 (JSF) programma verworven op basis van onze ontwerp en ontwikkelcapaciteiten. Daarnaast wordt er binnen LG al ruim 15 jaar gewerkt aan de ontwikkeling van technologiën voor de toepassing van Polymeer Matrix Composiet materiaal op onderdelen van landingsgestellen. Hiermee heeft LG een leidende technologie positie in de markt voor Landingsgestellen en zijn we uitstekend gepositioneerd om bij te dragen aan de ontwikkeling van betere, duurzame vliegtuigen.
