- Overseeing governance of the alliance relationship, resolving conflicts, negotiating Operations & Maintenance (O&M) agreements, and building relationships with alliance partners
- Implementing and administering the alliance relationship arrangement across sales, marketing, product development, and other relevant areas of the organization
