Alliance Partnerships Strategy & Planning work is focused on developing and managing relationships with partner organizations that go beyond establishing a third party sales channel to enable an organization to achieve strategic objectives (e.g., accessing new markets, defining industry standards for emerging technologies, block competitive threats, developing industry-leading cost structures through supply chain alliances, etc.).

The work includes:

• Investigating, analyzing, and negotiating new alliance partnerships
• Overseeing governance of the alliance relationship, resolving conflicts, negotiating Operations & Maintenance (O&M) agreements, and building relationships with alliance partners
• Implementing and administering the alliance relationship arrangement across sales, marketing, product development, and other relevant areas of the organization
• Ongoing monitoring of the value of the alliance relationship through analysis of sales targets, performance metrics, risk analysis, etc.

Level intendet for e.g. Student Apprentices during their studies (advanced education).
