- Beheer van huuradministratie inclusief verwerking van mutaties, tijdige facturatie en debiteurenbeheer.
- Verwerking van inkoopfacturen en betalingsafhandeling.
- Samenwerking met commercieel- en technisch manager voor tijdige aanlevering van servicekostenafrekeningen.
- Verzorging van managementrapportages aan opdrachtgevers over debiteuren & crediteuren, cashflow, budget vs. actuals.
- Ondersteuning bij BTW-aangiftes.
- 2 jaar relevante werkervaring, een achtergrond in vastgoed/accountancy is een pré.
- Minimaal een afgeronde MBO-opleiding in een relevante richting.
- Ervaring met Yardi software heeft een enorme pre
