    Trainee retail manager

    Als retail management trainee werk je in twee jaar toe naar een functie als retail manager in een van onze winkels. Het eerste half jaar ben je te vinden in de winkel en leer je alles over onze producten, de materialen en onze cultuur. Je adviseert klanten bij hun aankoop en proeft aan alle processen die je in de winkel tegenkomt.

    Na het eerste half jaar ben je zes maanden te vinden op de verschillende afdelingen op het hoofdkantoor om ook de rest van het bedrijf te leren kennen. Belangrijk, want als retail manager heb je de collegas op ons hoofdkantoor wel eens nodig en vice versa

    Als het eerste jaar erop zit, volgt onze 1-jarige interne leiderschapstraining. Generatiemanagement, leiderschapsstijlen, gesprekstechnieken, personal branding, persoonlijke analyse aan de hand van KPIs. Alles komt voorbij Ja, in dit jaar ga je jezelf klaarstomen voor het echte werk: jouw eigen Bommel filiaal runnen
