What we expect from this role
The customer success team at Vesper empowers our customers to seamlessly adopt and confidently utilise our platform.

We go above and beyond with support & training, actively gather valuable feedback, and loop it back into the business to continuously improve our customers' Vesper experience.


We're looking for someone who can also uncover upsell and expansion opportunities, by tailoring our solutions to align with the evolving needs of our customers.


What you will be doing

  • Optimise the customer experience and build long term client relationships by proactively managing the entire customer lifecycle: from onboarding, to adoption, right through to managing their renewal
  • Drive customer satisfaction and achieve upsell targets by identifying & closing expansion opportunities
  • Ensure customers have a solid understanding of what Vesper can do for them, are always up to date with our newest innovation and make Vesper essential in their workflow
  • Gathering valuable feedback from our customers and striving to exceed their expectations by always thinking one step ahead when providing solutions
  • Extensive knowledge of our tool and its capabilities you'll know our tool inside and out

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
  • 13+ years experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to speak a secondary language is a huge bonus
  • A strong commercial mindset
  • Enjoy working in a fastpaced environment, learn quickly and adapt to a changing product
  • An effective collaborator; supportive of other team members in their success
