Wat bieden wij jou
De positie van Process Coordinator Launch & Transfer (L&T) is het beste te omschrijven als een ondersteunende en coördinerende rol binnen een matrixorganisatie op het gebied van het Launch & Transfer proces. In deze zelfstandige rol heb jij de belangrijke taak bij het opstarten van Launches & Transfers. Hierbij werk je nauw samen met diverse interne- en externe stakeholders en worden de voortgang en afgesproken timelines door jou bewaakt. Je levert een waardevolle bijdrage in diverse L&T gerelateerde verbetertrajecten en komt actief met voorstellen om het proces te optimaliseren. Daarnaast zorg je voor het onderhoud en beheer van afdeling gerelateerde systemen.
Binnen de rol krijg je alle ruimte om zelf beslissingen te nemen en hiermee de snelheid in het proces te bevorderen. Het is de ideale rol om jouw kwaliteiten als teamspeler tot uiting te brengen. Jij bent degene die kan zorgen voor het optimale teamgevoel doordat je zorgt voor ontwikkeling van het team. Je durft over afdelingen heen te kijken en daarnaar te handelen. Met jouw analytische blik zie jij kansen en mogelijkheden waarop jij actie onderneemt. Kortom een zeer dynamische rol binnen een organisatie waar onder andere de value Entrepeneurship zeer prominent een onderdeel van uitmaakt.
