Taken & Verantwoordelijkheden
Je gaat onderdeel uitmaken van ons kwaliteitsteam van ongeveer 14 personen, bestaande uit o.a. Een lab technician, Analisten en Senior Analisten.
Wanneer je de producten beter hebt leren kennen, zal je analyses uitvoeren en de karakteristieke eigenschappen en de afwijkingen ervan leren herkennen.
Wij voeren onze projecten uit op basis van Lean Six Sigma methodiek, binnen en buiten de afdeling, en vinden het belangrijk dat je hier ook mee bekend bent of raakt. We doen dit om onze kwaliteitsanalyses op basis van data management uit te breiden en te verfijnen, de productie efficiënter te krijgen en de procescontrole te optimaliseren.
Chemische en fysische analyses uitvoeren volgens bestaande werkvoorschriften en procedures;
Meetresultaten analyseren en verwerken in de database (LIMS)
Lange termijn meetgegevens analyseren met als doel om de processen te verbeteren, besparingen te realiseren, specificatie aanpassingen voor te stellen en afkeur te verminderen
Bestellingen plaatsen voor de aanschaf van chemicaliën en/of onderdelen
Storingen aan apparatuur verhelpen, al dan niet met externe hulp
Jouw profiel
Wij zoeken iemand met ervaring in een laboratoriumrond.
Je hebt al wat ervaring en een opleiding zoals MLO 4j jarige opleiding of HLO.
Je hebt ervaring opgedaan met chemisch testen en bent dus vertrouwd met de belangrijkste analysemethodes.
Je kunt gestructureerd werken en bent analytisch.
Jij communiceert gemakkelijk en duidelijk met andere afdelingen (productie, processing, logistiek, planning, marketing en sales).
Ervaring met werken op ICP en/of HPLC
Basiskennis van statistiek, waarbij kennis van Six Sigma Yellow belt of hoger al mooi zou zijn.
Uitgebreide Microsoft office kennis, LIMS;
Ervaring met ERP en Warehouse management systemen;
Ervaring met werken onder kwaliteitssystemen (ISO 9001 / 14001 /
Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse talen is een vereiste.
