Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Controller, based in Lelystad with some flexibility for remote work. The Financial Controller will oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensure compliance with accounting principles, and manage financial reporting processes. They will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, and contributing to the financial strategy of the organization to support decision-making and business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing financial statements and managing comprehensive financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
- Demonstrated analytical skills and a solid foundation in finance
- Ability to interpret and translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Proficient in financial software and tools commonly used in accounting and reporting
- Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
