IQIP, the global leader in pile driving and handling equipment, is looking for a Proposal Manager. Together with our 400 colleagues across the globe, we provide smart and sustainable solutions for a variety of projects.

Our work extends both at sea, where we contribute to wind farm and oil & gas projects, and on land, where we engage in projects related to bridges and ports.

You will be contributing to the development and coordination of comprehensive proposals that meet the diverse needs of our clients.


Your work


As a Proposal Manager at IQIP, you play a crucial role in overseeing the proposal process from inception to submission.

This involves understanding client requirements, coordinating with technical and sales teams to gather necessary information, and developing detailed project plans.

You'll ensure that proposals are of the highest quality, meet client needs, and are submitted on time.

Your role is pivotal in maintaining a seamless workflow among various departments and leading project teams towards achieving their objectives.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the proposal development process, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Work closely with technical experts, sales teams, and other departments to compile necessary information and resources.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify potential risks in project proposals and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Your profile

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, able to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Proficient in the use of project management software and tools.
  • The ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, maintaining a keen attention to detail.
  • A commitment to producing highquality work that meets client and company standards.
  • Knowledge of the offshore and/or construction industry is highly regarded.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, with nearnative proficiency.
