    Job Description


    We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join our team of childcare specialists. As a Pedagogisch Professional, you will be responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment for children aged 1-3 years old. You will provide guidance and support to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential.

    Your daily tasks will include structuring the day, providing individualized attention, organizing play-based activities, recognizing signs of distress in children and responding accordingly, communicating with parents about their child's development progress.




    Requirements


    • A relevant diploma (MBO4 or HBO) related to working in the childcare sector;
    • Possession of excellent communication skills with children, parents, colleagues;Name sufficient knowledge of Dutch language NL level 5F ,
      • VOG Kinderopvang possession certificate
