In a rapidly expanding market, Levels Fight League invites you to join our team, providing essential support to our Vice President at our lively Amsterdam office playing a crucial role in shaping LFL's future.

The position
As the right-hand to our VP, you'll be at the epicenter of creativity and innovation.

From managing calendars across different time zones to crafting compelling presentations and coordinating international travel, every day will offer new challenges and opportunities to showcase your skills.

Your tasks

• Meeting Support
• Communication and Relationship Building
• Travel Planning

- (basic) Presentation Support

• Expense Management
• Purchase Orders and Invoices

Qualifications

• Diary management and general administrative assistance
• Organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
