As a Machine Operator at Meulendijks Packaging, your responsibilities will encompass the operation, setup, and maintenance of advanced packaging machinery. Your primary objective is to ensure the seamless functioning of the production line and adherence to our stringent quality standards.

Your duties will involve:

• Operating and setting up various machines along the production line.
• Vigilantly monitoring and controlling the production process to guarantee proper machine functionality and product compliance with specifications.
• Conducting quality checks and implementing corrective measures as needed.
• Addressing basic technical issues and collaborating with the maintenance department for more complex problems.
• Upholding a clean and secure work environment.
• Executing foil changes.
• Reporting production data and maintaining relevant documentation.

As an operator, you will be assigned to work in three shifts with the following schedule:

• 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

• The candidate profile is outlined as follows:
• Possess a technical background with practical experience and the ability to troubleshoot uncomplicated technical issues.
• While prior experience as an operator is advantageous, a stronger emphasis is placed on technical aptitude over specific operator experience.
• Demonstrate keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering products of high quality.
• Willingness to work in a three-shift schedule.
• Exhibit proficient communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
