Your Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of custom research projects, from design and questionnaire writing, reporting and storytelling, to live presentations of results and recommendations to clients
• Ensure that projects align with organization goals and client expectations
• Create effective client proposals which align with clients' objectives and highlight Newzoo's USP; Pitch these proposals in client calls, with minimal support from more senior team members
• Work alongside Head of CI and Research Director(s) to create and execute commercial strategy for custom research
• Collaborate cross-team (e.g., with our Market Analysis & Consulting team) when creating and pitching deals to clients
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients throughout and beyond each project process, actively working to ensure client satisfaction
• Lead and/or oversee supplier relationships and communications per project while ensuring project profitability
• Guide junior to senior team members in client and project management strategy

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in market research, ideally in consumer entertainment/ consumer insights
• Experience in a range of methodologies, ideally both quantitative research and qualitative (but with a strong focus on quantitative research)
• Experience managing and delivering custom research projects to clients, ideally including tracking research (e.g., brand or campaign tracking). Experience with Syndicated research a plus
• Experience leading and executing quantitative research projects from A-to-Z, with advanced proficiency of research and questionnaire design, project management, reporting / storytelling, and presentation of results
• Strong visual presentation skills: able to communicate statistical data in an accurate, compelling, and visually appealing manner
• A passion for gaming and knowledge of the industry is a huge plus
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite; specifically, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of analysis software (e.g., Q, Askia, SPSS), with willingness to learn and master Q
• Highly effective client communicator and stakeholder manager
• Effective and efficient at leading multiple projects at the same time
• Comfortable and capable of working in a (tight) deadline driven environment
• Experience managing and/or mentoring junior staff
• A team player with a collaborative spirit
