As a Foreman packaging and or melting department you are going to be the first point of contact for all production activities in your department . You will be managing a small enthousiast team. You will be working in a completely new factory in an ambitious and friendly team

Foreman packaging and or melting department, you will be the first point of contact for all production activities in your department. You will be managing a small enthousiast team. You have the responsibility for your own team on the shop floor. and ensure the best results .By instructing, coaching and motivating your employees you will ensure the best possible results. You make an important contribution to a beautiful product by making sure all processes run smoothly. A minor technical malfunction? You have the solution. In this role, you are the bridge between the production process and the team leader. You work in coordination with the team leader and colleague in a 2-shift operation. During the entire production time there is always one supervisor present.

Over het bedrijf

At our beautiful brand new work location in Lopik, we will be producing and packaging melted and smoked cheese in various flavors and packaging forms by using traditional methods. Our products are supplied to industrial processors, importers and to various traders all over the world.

Wat wij vragen

• Organizing and planning are your second nature, you are responsible for planning and arrange raw materials and logistics.
• You have good communitive skills and you enjoy managing a small team.
• You like to achieve the best results with your team.
• You have experience working in a production environment.
• You stand firm as a guard of hygiene and safety rules on the work floor.
• You have MBO working and thinking level.
• You are experienced with MS Office (Word, Excel) and experience with an ERP system (M3).
