Main Tasks:
- Be responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services.
- Establish professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of three years of achievementoriented sales experience within the dental sector or a minimum of four years in achievementoriented sales, preferably in the medical device field.
Competences and Critical Success Factors:
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Strong organization and planning capabilities (business planning, sales planning, forecasting, etc).
- Coldcalling and prospecting capabilities.
- Strong problemsolving attitude.
- Able to work well with peers and across functions.
- Intermediate computer skills (Office package, iPad / tablet and any other company communication tools).
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to independently plan and organize the activities of the territory based on the manager's direction, market requirements and customer needs.
- Proficiency in English is strongly preferred.
- Experience in using a CRM system is strongly preferred.
- Able to lead by example.
Weekly Time Allocation guidelines:
- 50% prospective customers & 50% existing customers
- Remote mainly on the road visiting customers.
- Be present at different kind of activities & meetings.
- Creation and follow up of opportunities in CRM.
- Follow CVM/CRM recommendations on the number of visits for each customer segments.
