,With a high sense of ownership, manage the Visual Merchandising process for AE and Aerie EU business. Develop consistent industry-leading innovative, brand-right visual merchandising and creative solutions.

responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage all in-store visual presentation, including but not limited to merchandise positioning, color flow and fixture placement for international AE and Aerie stores.
Lead, produce, and manage execution of monthly laydown directives. (3x/season digital)
Lead, produce, and manage execution of monthly floorset directives. (3x/season digital)
Partner with crossfunctional teams to advise on seasonal assortments, store capacity, fixture design, and marketing needs.
Lead and manage seasonal walkthroughs with internal and external partners.
Lead development of multichannel, multitiered floorset direction.
Partner with brand styling teams on styling adaptation and direction.
Partner with Omni Visual Merchandising team to align on seasonal brand strategies and execution.
Lead regional training on VM and creative brand standards.
Develop and manage floorset calendar inclusive of all routing, signoff, and production.
Partner closely with the field team on inseason adjustments.
Manage new store opening visual tasks and execution for all channels of business.

qualifications and expectations:

1 year in retail visual merchandising apparel management or equivalent experience.
Expert in Adobe Suite programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate collaborative skills and ability to work well with a team.
Ability to meet critical deadlines and act with a sense of urgency and agility.
Selfmotivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
Culturally aware. Ability to travel internationally. Multilingual and plus
Proficient in Sketchup or Cad a plus.
