- Als Site Supervisor maak je onderdeel uit van het team Supervision en Commissioning binnen de projecten afdeling in 's-Hertogenbosch.
- Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op de bouw en verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van de uitvoerende werknemers waaronder de onderaannemers.
- Jij coördineert en bewaakt veiligheid, kwaliteit en planning en stuurt daarin waar nodig bij.
- Je werk zelfstandig, geeft je sturing aan het team op locatie en werkt nauw samen met de Projectmanager.
- Het betreft een internationaal werkgebied met land- en marine projecten.
- In deze functie is reizen een belangrijk onderdeel. Dat kan oplopen tot een periode van 4 – 8 weken.
- Je rapporteert aan de Teamlead Supervision en Commissioning.
- Technische opleiding mbo-niveau 4, bij lager niveau aangevuld met voldoende werkervaring.
- Elektrotechnische kennis niveau 3.
- VCA-VOL of bereid dit te halen.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal zowel in woord als geschrift.
- Flexibele opstelling ten aanzien van werktijden. Deze kunnen onregelmatig zijn, afgestemd op de klantwensen.
- Je hebt leidinggevende ervaring en werkt graag samen om doelen te bereiken.
- Je staat open voor nieuwe ideeën.
