This role will drive financial decision making within the Commercial Programs & Excellence team in FP&A. The successful candidate will provide strong financial and analytical support to stakeholders across various business units.About this role
In this Lead Financial Analyst position you will be part of a dynamic international fast paced team working in the scope of all BUs and Verticales. This position is based at our headquarters in Amsterdam where you will report directly to the Lead Manager of FP&A Commercial Programs & Excellence.
The key responsibilities of this role include providing analytical support contributing to strategic decision making performing ad-hoc analysis scenarios benchmarking as needed supporting forecasting variance analysis reporting for financial performance contributing robust scalable insightful reporting for commercial operations bridge creation automation amongst various scenario planning processes connecting into models owned by BU-FP&A teams synthesise consolidating commercial insights decisions that must made driving forward cross unit commercial insights capabilities excellence advance modeling forecasting data ai processes cross functional governance finance transformation innovation initiatives across whole fp&a
- CBO/CFO Level Cross-BU Decision Governance Drive cross-functional cross-business-unit trading decision-making cadence for CBO/CFO level meetings crossing multiple BUs trade off between them escalations CBO/CFO example meeting: Commercial Operations Board Weekly Variable Margin meetings etc
- Define prepare content preparation ensure all fp&a teams supporting needed along with business stakeholders
