As a Field Service Engineer, you are the first in line when it comes to representing the service organization from Kongsberg Discovery to our local customers. To further strengthen our team, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Customer Supports' Service Delivery team in Spijkenisse, The Netherlands.
Working as a Field Service Engineer you will carry out installation, test, and commissioning activities of Kongsberg Discovery equipment on our customers' vessels, at shipyards and in office. You will perform services and maintenance on sailing ships with our equipment, as well as in-house technical support to our customers. If you have technical qualifications in hydrographic or any other relevant systems or you have gathered equivalent work experience, then you have the competence we need. If you also identify with our values; determined, innovative, collaborative, reliable and consider yourself highly motivated for support activities, then you are the candidate we are looking for.
Kongsberg Maritime Netherlands BV is a subsidiary of Kongsberg Maritime AS with an office with 76 employees based in Spijkenisse. We are working in Sales, Aftermarket Sales and Customer Support and cover the Kongsberg Maritime, Kongsberg Digital and Kongsberg Discovery product range.
