    As Account Manager Private Banking, you will work in a squad together with Relationship Managers, Private Asset Managers, Credit Specialists and Financial Planners. Together, you are responsible for the sustainable development of a number of portfolios. In this case, it concerns a vacancy for the portfolios in South- West. Netherlands. You report hierarchically to the Manager Accountmanagement PBWM. This position is for team South-We with standard location Rotterdam.

    The role and responsibilities

    Your focus is on the market for wealthy individuals. The challenge is to arrange as much as possible within ING's standard solutions, where the specific target group also requires customised solutions within the private or business customer processes and systems.

    As an Account Manager, you ensure excellent cooperation with colleagues from the ING branches, the Wealth Advisory Team, Business Banking, the KYC Centre and the various operational departments within ING. As an Account Manager, you, together with the other Account Managers, play a leading role in the squad. You steer commerce and administration in the right direction and are constantly up to date with the latest developments at the customers. You also keep track of changes within ING in order to optimally gear services to customers' needs. You ensure that there is an overview of the portfolios and monitor the joint focus. You ensure that customers are spoken to in a timely manner and that the files are and remain in order.

    You ensure constructive cooperation with the other Account Managers within the region and together you are focused on continuous improvement. Both in terms of cooperation and processes.

    You apply your knowledge of customer acceptance and customer revision (FEC/CDD) when on-boarding and managing our customers. This in cooperation with Relationship Manager and KYCC.

  • Experience in the field of (commercial) Account Management.
  • HBO/Academic work and thinking level.
  • Required education: WFT Consumptive Credit, WFT Vermogen and Mifid Informerend.
  • Excellent knowledge of Daily Banking.
  • Excellent knowledge of policy, legislation and regulations in the field of banking, customer acceptance, customer review (FEC/CDD) and investment and lending processes.
  • General knowledge of a variety of target group specific and relevant areas, such as investing, lending, corporate structures and financial planning.
  • Affinity with operational issues and process improvements.
