- Innovate, create, and improve our digital channels and customer experience
- Collaborate with business colleagues, UX designers, visual designers, and product owners
- Develop backend and frontend solutions using technologies such as Kotlin, Java, Spring, Maven, Azure, Prisma, Oracle, Kafka, Lit Webcomponents, and NPM
- Drive (test) automation, continuous delivery, and deployment using tools like Azure DevOps, SonarQube, Fortify, OpenShift, and Kubernetes
- Take ownership and be responsible for refining, coding, testing, and deploying your work in on-premise and cloud environments
- Lead development experience is a plus
- Solve technical and functional challenges with self-motivation and an itch for innovation
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and embrace an agile way of working
- Strong proficiency in software development (backend and frontend) with a proven track record (6+ years)
- Thorough understanding of (test) automation, continuous delivery, and deployment tools and pipelines
- DevOps mindset with the ability to refine, code, test, and deploy your own work
- Strong analytical skills and conceptual/architectural understanding
- Interest and vision in recent trends in software development and technology
- Excellent social and communication skills, being a sparring partner for business colleagues
