- Focus on the day to day running of the showroom and sample shipments / returns for local markets;
- Ensuring showroom is presentable at all times;
- Updating a keeping track of all sample management via Launch metrics;
- Work with the US archive to ensure old-season product is Archived correctly;
- Editorial sample gifting, product orders, split and markets communication;
- Creating decks and briefs for editorial/stylist requests;
- Working with Archives to contribute to their stock by handing out old collections;
- Handling ongoing logistics and customs cases;
- Support Global Comms team on ad-hoc requests;
- Product movements (organize and alloc product into shipping boxes and arrange shipments from HQ to local teams);
- Create agendas for weekly meetings with EMEA Hubs + minutes during calls;
- Send reminders to the EMEA markets to update google drive calendar on a weekly basis with the latest Talent & Comms confirmed activations (with supervision from Talent & Comms EMEA team);
- Updating Global News Calendar google doc on a daily basis with the latest Talent & Comms confirmed activations (with supervision from Talent & Comms EMEA team);
- Weekly reminders to EMEA markets on key deadlines for Talent & Comms inputs and content library updates (with supervision from Talent & Comms EMEA team);
- Media/Social monitoring on latest trends in fashion and entertainment as well as updating and monitoring EMEA Talent & Comms campaigns (Lefty & Launch metrics).
- Professional degree in a related field & 2-4 years of work experience;
- Strong executional mindset with an understanding of how creative and logistical production works;
