Professional and disciplinary management and further development of a team of up to 10 employees
Developing work specifications to optimize processes and quality-enhancing measures
Development and implementation of process training courses
Completed training or degree in the field of IT with relevant professional experience in the ERP environment
Experience in leading teams with the ability to create a positive and constructive working environment for employees
Target group-specific communication skills with regard to professional / technical communication to the team and preparation of decisions at management level
Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
Ability to work in a team, service orientation and hands-on mentality
