- Ensure regulatory Compliance of Dawn Branded products in accordance with sale market regarding ingredient, product formulation, pack copy generation
- Prepare and maintain product dossiers
- Representing the Regulatory Affairs team where appropriate with (project team) international (US, Europe, AMEAP) meetings to advise on specific compliance implications for the AMEAP region
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, particularly in relation to communications about our products, such as labelling and marketing.
- Supports in providing regulatory information to sales in the AMEAP region and answer Regulatory questions and questionnaires from our customers
- Giving of regular training to stakeholders on important (new)Regulatory requirements.
- Represent Dawn Foods' interests with regard to legislation and regulations on nutrition, health and sustainability for our products in various consultative bodies. This involves working closely with key stakeholders from R&D, Marketing and Sales.
- Build and maintain a relevant network related to food, health and sustainability legislation and regulations.
- Horizontal Regulation scanning for the AMEAP region to support the Sales colleagues in strategic decisions when necessary long term.
- Coordinate implementing new changed legislation when applicable for Dawn foods AMEAP
- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or other food science-based degree.
- A knowledge/understanding of Food Legislation preferably within the AMEAP region, guidelines and codes of practice, with 3-5 years experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills.
- Intercultural effectiveness, strong communication & relationship-building skills
- Proven project management and implementation skills will be essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- High level of digital literacy & proficiency in using (web-based ) ICT systems.
- Knowledge and experience about ingredients, food processing and specifically bakery processes and equipment

This is a very exciting opportunity to ensure the legal compliance of all Dawn products sold within AMEAP region
Your goal will be to provide sound regulatory information and advice to support product launches, maintaining dossiers and re-designs products in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with local regulations and Dawn policies. You will be reporting to the Regulatory Manager EU & AMEAP within a team of regulatory experts based in different countries.
The role is based in the Europe & AMEAP headquarters in Amstelveen. We will also consider candidates from Belgium (in proximety of Manage) for this position.
