    Your mission

    We are currently looking for a Senior Hardware Designer for our team based in Haaksbergen, The Netherlands.As an effective Senior Hardware Designer, you have a great eye for detail and good organizational skills. You will plan and develop parts or products and modifications which meet the requirements. You will support and help junior colleagues while striving for technical excellency.As a Senior Hardware Designer, you will work together in our development team to build and maintain a high-quality, safety-critical system that consists of several complex hardware and software components. While also incorporating customer wishes, demands and market trends.

    Key responsibilities

    • Maintain and further develop the TKH-AS CEDD technology
    • Improve monitoring and diagnostic capabilities in CEDD AGL systems
    • Developing, testing and certifying CEDD technology-based products for current and future CEDD AGL systems
    • Planning and carrying out feasibility studies that aim to increase CEDD AGL system market share
    • Prepare and maintain Technical Product Documentation (TPD)
    • Project management of CEDD development projects
    • Leading projects, setting priorities and acting as a organizational role model

    Your profile

    • HBO+ or WO, in the direction of Electrical Engineering supplemented with professional training
    • At least 10 years of proven experience with analog and mixed signal designs (a.o. FPGA programming), power electronics (< 3.7 kW), communication systems (modulation / demodulation techniques) and transmission lines
    • Have knowledge of electrical safety standards
    • Familiar with quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001)
    • Knowledge of low ripple, low drift, analog applications, EMC, ESD, EMI safe design
    • Knowledge of integration with embedded electronics, advanced analog designs and mixed signal technology
    • Quality driven with attention to detail
    • Able to find an optimal compromise between different mechanical, software and hardware requirements
