    Job Description

    We seek a skilled Chef and Restaurant Manager to oversee kitchen operations, direct planning, preparation, production, and control of all culinary activities onsite while delivering outstanding client service.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Supervise kitchen operations, directing and administering the planning, preparation, production, and control of all culinary operations onsite.
    • Continuously strive to deliver exceptional client services and development.
    • Guide, build, and operate the operations in partnership with the Western Europe Director and Account Manager.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction with their high-end food experience and maintain profitability.
    • Recruit, coach, develop, and lead all team members.
    • Provide weekly/monthly reporting metrics to the Account Manager and Western Europe Director in a timely manner.
    • Maintain standards of quality and service.
    • Oversee food safety programs, including daily checks, audits, and trainings, partnering with the Regional Hygiene and Safety Manager.
    • Train and educate staff on new menu items and changes in procedures for current menu items.
    • Work with the client on ongoing and seasonal menu development for standard menus, internal menu tastings, and photo shoots.
    Requirements:
    • 4-5 years of experience in a leadership role within the Hospitality or Restaurant industry.
    • A passion for food, hospitality, and creating exceptional dining experiences.
    • Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
    • Excellent communication, prioritization, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with both team members and guests.
    • A forward-thinking approach to problem-solving and the ability to introduce new ideas that elevate the restaurant's performance.
    • Focus on providing an exceptional guest experience and a positive working environment for teams.
    • Hospitality experience in team building, forecasting, and staffing management.
