Job Summary
We are seeking a German speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Support Service Desk Team, you will provide excellent customer service and support to our customers across EMEA.You will be the primary point of contact for customers who require assistance with calibration or repair of their units. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries via phone or email, creating service orders in Oracle for equipment coming in for repair or calibration,
and preparing and providing pickup labels, master packing lists, and dangerous goods information.
The ideal candidate will have fluency in speaking and writing in English and German with knowledge of French or Dutch being a plus. You should also possess good digital literacy particularly with the MS Office package accuracy
in generating and processing data strong team player excellent communication and customer handling skills proactive problem-solving attitude.
