Assistant Administrator - Den Haag, Nederland - Octagon Professionals
Beschrijving
Responsibilities:
- Assistance in the financial processes for the different customers;
- Management of different operations in SharePoint;
- Support in the Project Management Tasks for the customer;
- Provide an administrative support for the employees on customer premises;
- Review and approval of timesheets of employees;
- Update of the internal Mastersheets per customer
Requirements:
- University degree (Bachelor) from a recognised institution of postsecondary studies or equivalent qualification with 4 years of relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience;
- Knowledge of Office365;
- Ability to multitask;
- Ability to deal with adhoc tasks;
- Strong organizational skills and time management to follow up and meet deadlines;
- Good communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Behavioural flexibility and team spirit;
- Knowledge of ESA and SharePoint is an asset;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
