Responsibilities:

Assistance in the financial processes for the different customers;
Management of different operations in SharePoint;
Support in the Project Management Tasks for the customer;
Provide an administrative support for the employees on customer premises;
Review and approval of timesheets of employees;
Update of the internal Mastersheets per customer

Requirements:

University degree (Bachelor) from a recognised institution of postsecondary studies or equivalent qualification with 4 years of relevant experience.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience;
Knowledge of Office365;
Ability to multitask;
Ability to deal with adhoc tasks;
Strong organizational skills and time management to follow up and meet deadlines;
Good communication skills;
Strong attention to detail;
Behavioural flexibility and team spirit;
Knowledge of ESA and SharePoint is an asset;
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
