THE POSITION

As an F&B Breakfast Host at Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam North Riverside, you will be the welcoming face of our breakfast service and you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

This part-time position requires dedication and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure the breakfast area is set up and clean, ensuring all items are ready for service.
Greet guests warmly as they enter the breakfast area, assisting with seating and providing information about breakfast options.
Maintain open communication with kitchen staff to ensure a seamless flow of service and relay guest feedback to enhance their experience.
Work closely with other breakfast staff to maintain efficiency and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

You are available parttime hours from 06:30 to 10:00 on weekdays and 06:30 to 11:00 on weekends;
While previous hospitality or food service experience is preferred, it's not mandatory;
You are an early bird;
Are passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards;
Have a creative and warm personality and know how to connect everyone and everything;
Are representative and guest oriented;
Speak excellent English, Dutch language is a plus.
