Dit doe je door inkomende goederen en geproduceerde printplaten te inspecteren.
    • Je controleert of binnenkomende goederen (vooral elektronische componenten en printplaten) volgens specificaties zijn;
    • Je doet de eindcontrole om zeker te zijn dat alles volgens specificaties is geproduceerd;
    • Je registreert en behandelt afwijkingen en kwaliteitsincidenten, met als doel de productkwaliteit te maximaliseren;
    • Je houdt je bezig met verbeterprojecten;
    • Je stimuleert collega's die om meer kwaliteitsbewustzijn te creeëren.

    Je werkt in een klein team waarbij jij het technische aanspreekpunt bent voor onze productie en klanten.     Profiel en vaardighedenOnze Quality Controller is een belangrijk persoon in onze bedrijf, je schakelt met veel verschillende mensen en afdelingen. Daarom is belangrijk dat je goed kan communiceren. En moeten we je nog vertellen dat een Quality Controller iemand is die kwaliteit hoog in de het vaandel heeft staan?
    • Je hebt een afgeronde MBO-opleiding in een technische richting, bij voorkeur elektronica / mechatronica;
    • Je hebt ervaring met ingangs- en eindcontrole van PCB's en PCBA's en beschikt bij voorkeur over geldige IPC-A-600 en IPC-A-610 certificeringen;
    • Je hebt enkele jaren werkervaring opgedaan, bij voorkeur op de kwaliteitsafdeling binnen een high-tech omgeving met complexe producten;
    • Je hebt ruime ervaring met Microsoft Office;
    • Bij voorkeur ben je fulltime beschikbaar, maar 32-24 uur per week is bespreekbaar.
