    Your role in our team:

    Analyses, monitors, and supports the daily operations of the automation system to derive corrections/modifications as part of the continuous improvement. Evaluates statistical faults and does fault analysis of plant areas. Analyses daily shift reports and assesses faults (identification, categorization, prioritization, root cause, fix faults). Identifies vulnerabilities (fault rate, duration) initiates and documentates countermeasures. Maintains the technical documents, looks for root causes and reports after performance problems. Reports directly to the Production Manager, attends alignment CI meetings with customers, increasing the system availability and improving the operational and technical processes in terms of performance. Assists the production manager and technical service on-site during escalations and by blocking/unblocking machines as required for maintenance and cleaning schedules. Is present on the production floor during shift changes and performs fault correction in all areas as and where needed. Does maintenance of the flow of information with the troubleshooters in the plant area(s) on a regular basis (hourly/daily/weekly/monthly), system monitoring and checks.

    Ideal candidate profile:

    You are a good communicator, have an analytical nature, and are able to solve problems. Graduated from a higher technical school – preferably electrical engineering or mechatronics. At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in a production environment, intra logistics, or automotive industry. Knowledge and experience with Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), familiar with Windows Operating System, able to prioritize multiple tasks and workload. You are analytically strong, have a pragmatic attitude, work very structured and accurately, practical attitude, and ability to learn new skills and tasks. Highly flexible and enjoy technical complex components and processes.
