- Training and Onboarding: Guiding and training new and existing process regulators to enhance team knowledge.
- Inspection and Repairs: Conducting inspection rounds to check installations and measuring stations on site, capable of carrying out minor repairs when needed.
- Process Monitoring: Supervising the production process from the control room, providing instructions to ensure smooth operations.
- Efficiency: Contributing to optimizing production by utilizing buffer capabilities effectively.
- Job Security: Direct 12-month contract;
- Competitive Salary: Range of €4,705 to €6,419 with shift allowances;
- Shift Allowance: 29% for 5-shift system;
