    Cardano is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Management Analyst to join our Rotterdam Team, while working alongside our UK team.

    This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working in a fast-paced, data-driven financial environment, eager to develop cross-functional expertise, and looking to build a career in Data Management or even use this as a stepping stone to a more specific technical role.

    Your role

    As part of our growing Data Management Team, you will support the core data infrastructure that

    underpins our business.

    • Maintain and manage static data across applications for client onboarding, offboarding, and mandate changes.
    • Set up and monitor internal and external data feeds (e.g., Bloomberg, SWIFT, ICE).
    • Investigate and resolve data issues as they arise.
    • Participate in projects such as instrument onboarding, system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements
    • Work on managing and improving data quality across the business, with a particular focus on various metadata tables in Forma and numerous data lake tables.
    • Manage vendor licenses and user access rights.
    • Support regulatory and audit reporting requirements (e.g., MiFID, ISAE
    • Collaborate with internal technology teams including Data Governance, Engineering, Quants, and Analytical Business Solutions Team.
    • Work closely with various business teams such as Operations, Portfolio Construction, Portfolio Management, Risk, and project teams etc
    • Contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT), process documentation, and business change analysis.
    • Gain hands-on experience with tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, and Power Apps.

    Your qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in economics, Business, Finance, or a related field (HBO or equivalent).
    • 0–3 years of experience in a financial operations, middle office, or data role.
    • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or Power BI is a strong plus.
    • Knowledge of financial instruments and operational processes is desirable.
    • Understanding of regulatory frameworks is a bonus.
