    In Nederlands grootste pijpfitterij prefabriceert IHC Piping niet alleen alle scheeps- en hydrauliekleidingen die nodig zijn om onze schepen te kunnen laten functioneren maar verrichtten wij ook werk voor externe klanten. Naast maritieme en hydrauliek leidingen worden ook dubbelwandige leidingen voor waterstof gemaakt. Er wordt gebruikt gemaakt van zowel ferro als non ferro materialen.

    Voor onze productie faciliteit in Sliedrecht zijn wij op zoek naar ervaren en gemotiveerde pijplasser om ons team te versterken. Het zal met name TIG-lassen betreffen maar er zal ook MIG/MAG werk zijn. Er wordt gewerkt met diverse materialen zoals staal, RVS, duplex, cunifer en nog veel meer

    Als Piping lasser ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volgens specificaties lassen van alle in de productie gemaakte (scheeps)leidingen. Je werkt in een team van gemiddeld zes lassers die aangestuurd worden door een supervisor. De groep lassers vormen samen met pijpfitters, machine-operators en logistieke medewerkers de productie afdeling van IHC Piping.

    Wij vragen:

    Om voor de functie van piping lasser in aanmerking te komen beschik je over :

  • MBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Minimaal 6G TIG en MIG/MAG.
  • Een vaste hand.
  • Bereidheid tot verdere ontwikkeling op lasgebied.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als shopfitter.
  • Een geldig VCA certificaat.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en/of Engelse taal.

    • Wij bieden:

  • Een bruto maansalaris tussen €2959 en €3516 + 8% vakantiebijslag (o.b.v. een fulltime dienstverband).
  • € 0,21 per kilometer reiskostenvergoeding.
  • Goede werk/privé balans met 40 vakantiedagen bij fulltime dienstverband met de mogelijkheid tot het (ver)kopen van (extra) verlof.
  • Een middelloon pensioenregeling waarin zaken bij onverhoopt overlijden, arbeidsongeschiktheid of werkeloosheid goed geregeld zijn.
  • Een goede arbeidsongeschiktheidsverzekering.
  • Deelname (op basis van vrijwilligheid) aan het Sociaal Fonds op grond waarvan zorg- en aanverwante kosten vergoed worden die niet onder je zorgverzekering vallen.

  • Een opleidingsbudget van €1.500,- per drie jaar.
