Our client in Hoofddorp is looking for a Team Lead Customer Support German speaking to join their Customer Support Team and will be responsible for the German-speaking market.

You will lead a team of 4 to 5 people, coach, guide, and develop yourself and the team members, and provide order processing and customer support to customers and clients.

You will provide the sales team, customers, and partners the best guidance throughout the whole order process
~ You provide excellent customer service for both internal and external customers
~ You can develop professionally in your work, and as a people leader, you will also have the opportunity to put your abilities to use in various back office activities
~ Customer oriented and enjoy helping and supporting customers and colleagues
~Minimum of 2 years of people management experience
~ Familiar with SAP & Salesforce use for order management
~ Understanding of commercial and administrative processes
~ Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and German
~ Full time position (40 hours per week) for a long term
~ Initial contract 1 year
~ Option to work 50% remote after completion of training
