What you'll do

• Define overarching category strategy for the Consumer Vertical. Includes guidelines for consistency across Businesses, high-level channel consumer shopper journeys and brand strategy and positioning. This is done in collaboration with category managers counterparts.
• Develop the BU strategic marketing and growth plan in close collaboration with PMs, Markets, Marcom and other BU segment managers.
• Define Commercial Policy which includes Pricing and Go-to-Market.
• Own regular commercial policy deviation reviews – e.g. with regional marketing – to ensure adherence to the policy and deviations are based on an agreed rationale. This includes Price approvals below WAP.
• Collaborate with PMs to define the holistic offering strategy and related Go-To-Market strategy.
• Track performance of each sub-segment and channel vs growth plans and drives continuous improvements.
• Develop metrics, track, report and forecast marketing initiatives and activities.
• Develop insights and segment existing customers and targeted new customers.
• Define marketing guidelines in collaboration with shopper marketing and category managers counterparts.
• Give strategic direction and collaborates in execution for marcom, campaigns, digital marketing agenda and events
• Drive cross functional collaboration, strategic focus and organization agility.
• Build required capabilities to drive performance.
• Drive integrity & compliance with GBP

• Ability to develop channel and category insights in a Consumer domain
• Ability to formulate and implement strategic marketing actions
• Strong collaborator in a global setting with knowledge of digital marketing
• Has a sound understanding of the retail- and online Customer landscape
• Stakeholder Management & Change Management
• Has strong Commercial Acumen
• Has a Solution orientation with well-developed Problem Solving skills
• Strong Collaboration and influencing skills
