    Beschrijving

    Als business support coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leidinggeven van jouw afdeling en rapporteer je aan de business support manager. Met jouw afdeling ben je o.a. verantwoordelijk voor de customer service, transport en voorraad van onze klanten (multiclient) in Tilburg.

    Dit ga je doen

    De producten die op voorraad staan zijn verdeeld over drie hallen van bijna m2. We verzorgen de logistiek dienstverlening voor onze klanten met producten als motoren, jetski's, quads en bruiswater toestellen voor bestellingen wereldwijd.

    Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en begeleiden van 10 collega's die werkzaam zijn als business support administrators. Je bent proactief bezig met het initiëren en coördineren van bedrijfsprocessen en zorgt op die manier voor een duurzame en professionele werkomgeving. Je team werkt nauw samen met de overige operationele afdelingen waardoor het belangrijk is dat je boven processen kan staan en zaken vanuit een helicopterview benadert.

    Je bent zowel intern als extern het aanspreekpunt voor collega's en de klant waarbij je in staat bent een goede relatie op te bouwen en te onderhouden. Je bent bezig met het behalen van resultaten en voldoet aan de verwachtingen van de klant. Door jouw ruime kennis en ervaring weet je precies hoe je met deze druk kan omgaan en wat er bij tegenslagen moet gebeuren.

    • HBO werk- en denkniveau verkregen door opleiding of werkervaring;

    • Je bent een energieke kandidaat met een no-nonsens mentaliteit bij wie ''ownership'' in het DNA zit;

    • Ruime kennis en ervaring in de operatie op het gebied van voorraadbeheer en logistieke processen;

    • Ruime beheersing van de Engelse taal op minimaal C1 niveau;

    • Leidinggevende capaciteiten en de drive om samen met je team te streven naar het hoogste niveau.
