Job summary
We are looking for a Head of Operations to oversee our SaaS Operations and customer support teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing cloud-based B2B/SAAS services and be able to deliver great customer support in a rapidly changing environment.Responsibilities
- Lead Customer Support and Technical Support.
- Manage operations and vendor relationships related to GreenFlux managed services (telco providers and external callcenter).
- Process Optimization to improve efficiency and improve Service level performance.
