Ben jij klaar voor de uitdaging van Warehouse Supervisor bij Cabot Botlek? In deze rol ben je dé verantwoordelijke voor alle operationele activiteiten op onze afdeling WPS (Warehouse, Packaging, Shipping). Je leidt het verpakkingsproces en zorgt ervoor dat jouw team de verpakkings- en verladingswerkzaamheden veilig en efficiënt uitvoert.
Als Warehouse Supervisor geef je effectief leiding aan een team van ongeveer 30 operators, zowel vast personeel als contractors. Je waarborgt de kwaliteit van ons eindproduct en zorgt ervoor dat onze klanten op de beste manier worden bediend.
Wij zoeken een ervaren leider die van een industriële omgeving houdt en zijn of haar team dagelijks weet te motiveren om het beste uit zichzelf te halen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

• Verantwoordelijk voor de gehele dagelijkse operatie binnen de afdeling WPS.

• Toezicht houden op werkzaamheden en efficiënte inzet van arbeidspotentieel

• Effectief leidinggeven aan ca 30 operators (3 Cabot FTE en 25 FTE contractors)

• Handhaven van voorschriften omtrent veiligheid en housekeeping (5S)

• Coachen en ontwikkelen van personeel

• Toezicht houden op correcte uitvoering diverse richtlijnen rondom verpakken, opslaan en laden

• Continue verbeteren van het verpakkingsproces om de betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie te verhogen conform NEN en IATF standaarden

• Verantwoordelijk housekeepingprogramma (5S)

• Onderhouden en uitvoeren van het opleidingsplan

• Onderhouden van onderhoudsprogramma in overleg met afdeling maintenance

• Verantwoordelijk voor het werkvergunningproces binnen de afdeling

• Contact met diverse uitzendbureaus omtrent inzet contractors

• Opstellen van planningen voor verpakkings- en laadwerkzaamheden in samenwerking met de planning.

Vereisten

• HBO werk- en denkniveau

• Ervaring met leidinggeven

• Affiniteit met een industriële werkomgeving is een pre
