  • What are your tasks
  • You will contribute to the school's objectives by engaging in scholarly activity through teaching, coaching and supervision. More particularly, you will be expected to provide firstclass teaching across the range of education programs at the International School of Business._
  • Modules range from teaching plain grammar to more businessoriented competencebased classes. Curriculum integration with the Finance, Marketing and Sales, Management and Organisation and Supply Chain Management departments has recently been developed. The English department has welcomed online examination and is determined to explore this further._
  • You will contribute to the development of the academic programs and modules reflecting the importance of business communication in a leading Business School. Tasks such as supervising and coaching students during their studies, their internship or graduation assignment are also expected to be part of the job Students will be guided on their way to become responsible Global citizens. Assignments from companies are an essential part of the program. We expect (over time) a contribution to the development of internal and external relationships by engaging with the wider research and professional international community at HAN and beyond._

What are your qualities
- _An (international) student-centered attitude; _
- _University Degree (Master) in English, preferably PhD and/or _teaching qualification for secondary education, first level_;_
- _At least 4 years of relevant international business work experience in a relevant field;_
- _Good intercultural teamwork skills_;_

  • An independent and varied job in a dynamic and informal setting;
  • Appointment will initially be for one year and will start August 1st, 2024;
  • The position will be at the level of Lecturer level 1;
  • A gross monthly salary for Lecturer 1 of minimum € 4.234,28 and maximum € 5.936,77 (Scale 11) of the Collective Agreement for Universities of Applied Sciences) based on fulltime employment (36 hours);
  • An 8% holiday allowance and an 8.3% endofyear bonus;
