    Cloetta aims to strengthen its position as the leading confectionery company in Northern Europe within the candy, chocolate, pastilles, chewing gum and nuts categories as well as in the Pick & mix segment. Our aim is to grow 1–2 per cent organically, which is in line with or better than the market, on our core markets as well as to deliver fast growing international sales through the expansion of selective brands. We will continuously develop new innovative offerings and strengthen the e-commerce focus. Furthermore, we aim to achieve an adjusted EBIT margin of at least per cent, by recovering the impacts from Covid-, including volumes and value within Pick & mix as well as profitable growth and product mix within Branded packaged products. In addition, we will continue to drive cost savings and efficiency activities throughout the entire value chain.

    Purpose of the job

    Support E2E SC development strategy through development of demand planning processes. Provide the demand planning organization with an effective planning process and a reliable tool to support high quality execution of the planning processes. Ensure one way of working, and use of the planning data and systems in a standard way. Develop effectiveness of the planning processes with the ambition to eliminate all planning and process failures and data reconciliation errors. Improve efficiency of the processes by automating non-value-added process steps to reduce manual workload. Act as a Super User of the demand planning system. Prioritize and filter process improvement requests arising from business needs and implement improved processes in collaboration with line management, IT, and other support functions. Monitor and audit process maturity in the organization based on Cloetta Operating System (TRACC) and organize process and system trainings.

    Based Location independent – Hybrid. Potential locations are Finland/Sweden/Denmark/The Nederlands

    Responsibilities :

  • Planning process reliability
  • Ensure implementation of one standard definition for demand planning process KPI's.
  • Ensure appropriate control process for demand volume and inventory reporting to eliminate reconciliation gaps.
  • Conduct process audits as a part of SC strategy assessment.
  • Planning process effectiveness
  • Develop demand planning processes to provide Demand Managers and Planners with tools to analyze relevant insights on the impacts of the current demand plan on service and inventories.
  • Standardize best practices across the plants to develop development of business intelligence in the planning teams.
  • Planning process efficiency
  • Improve efficiency of the demand planning process by developing improved ways of working, new functionality of the demand planning systems and tools, and improved reports giving direct access to required information.
  • Documentation of standard planning processes
  • Maintain documentation of standard demand planning processes
  • Train new functionality of the systems and new process standards to the user community and line managers
  • IT change request management and ERP and planning tool roll-out projects
  • Act as the primary contact person for local key users in demand planning related system issues.
  • Represent central planning function in systems rollout projects to ensure end-to-end planning concept.

    • Requirements:

  • University Degree in Production Management, Logistics, Technical Business Administration or similar
  • 5+ year experience in Production, Sales and Operations planning, Logistics management, as well as business and S&OP processes
  • Experience with ERP and/or process redesign projects
  • Experience on Demand planning, Supply planning & scheduling
  • Fluent in English on business level
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
