- Prepare, plan, organize and communicate maintenance activities based on the maintenance plan of the dedicated area
- Manage the maintenance budget for your area of responsibility
- Supervise the execution of work in terms of quality, quantity and monitor progress
- Supervise compliance with business and safety regulations
- Support and coach the technicians in solving complex breakdown issues
- Based on analyses of technical breakdowns and recommendations from suppliers, formulate proposals for conducting inspections and / or preventive maintenance
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and FMEA
- Formulate improvement proposals based on KPIs, evaluation reports and data analysis
- Handle and review workorders in CMMS Maximo
- You are single point of contact for suppliers
- MBO+ technical (mechanic and / or electric) Experience with implementing of (technical) projects.
- Knowledge of both mechanical and electrical aspects of the machine park.
- Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language, both oral and written .
- Excellent communication skills.
