- Lead our local Sales Team to unleash our full professional and market potential.
- Develop and execute sales plans, strategize for the Benelux territory, including key account development, white spot conversion, and win-back strategies to boost order intake and market presence.
- Evaluate customer RFQs, provide technical solutions, and back our proposals team in producing cost, cash flow, and risk analyses to align with our standards.
- Oversee negotiations of technical/commercial proposals with customers and secure order awards.
- Proactively identify and advance opportunities with customers through visits, portfolio presentations, and establishing preference positions for Sulzer.
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in mechanical or chemical engineering.
- At least 5 years of international sales experience, preferable within the Renewables, Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Chemical sectors.
- Great flexibility, top-notch organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in English and Dutch.
- Willingness to travel, mainly within Benelux and occasionally beyond.
- A valid Dutch driver's license B.

We're currently seeking a Head of Sales Renewables, Energy and Carbon Capture to bolster and expand our operations in the Benelux regions.
