    What are you going to do?

    In jouw rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het initiëren, stimuleren en beheren van continue verbeteringen in operationele processen en de organisatie. Van probleemdefinitie tot implementatie en ondersteuning van duurzaamheid, jouw doel is het bereiken van optimale kwaliteit, snelle uitvoering, en hogere efficiëntie en effectiviteit.

    Dit doe je door:

  • Je stelt doelen m.b.t. operationele procesverbetering en definieert een strategische verbeteragenda;
  • Je bent ondernemend en zoekt proactief naar technische verbetermogelijkheden;
  • Je structureert en beheert een portefeuille van verbeteringsprojecten;
  • Je vertaalt concepten en plannen naar acties;
  • Je ondersteunt en stuurt bij tijdens de implementatie van verbeteringsprojecten;
  • Je fungeert als "veranderaar" binnen de organisatie en neemt de mensen binnen de organisatie mee met verbeteringsinitiatieven.

    In addition, we ask:

  • Hoger beroeps- of universitair niveau in Werktuigbouwkunde, Technisch Bedrijfskunde, Procesbeheer, Supply Chain Management of soortgelijk;
  • Technisch sterk onderlegd en betrokken bij de organisatie;
  • Ervaring met verandermanagement;
  • Ervaring met veranderingsmethodieken: Agile, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen en soortgelijk. Of de sterke motivatie om hier meer over te leren.

  • Bruto maandsalaris tot € 6.200,- o.b.v. 40 uur per week, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring;
