- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Taking orders, explaining menu parts or advising the guest on his drink and menu choice
- Consulting the supervisor or the kitchen in case of exceptional requests from guests
- Supplying and preparing breakfast buffets

- Checking, paying and accounting for funds received
