    Director, Global Supply Chain Planning

    Morpheus are currently partnered with a leading Global Medical Device Manufacturer and are seeking a Director of Global Supply Chain Planning to lead the team.

    We're seeking a Director of Global Supply Chain Planning to lead strategic initiatives and foster innovation across the Supply Chain functions. Reporting to the VP, Global Supply Chain, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our end-to-end Supply Chain processes and advance our S&OP practices.

    Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop strategies and tactics for short, medium, and long-term Supply Chain Planning aligned with corporate objectives.
    • Act as an ambassador for Global Supply Chain, fostering innovative and cost-effective planning processes.
    • Drive advancement in S&OP processes to achieve Integrated Business Planning excellence.

    Site Supply Chain Management:

    • Oversee Supply Chain activities at all production sites globally.
    • Collaborate with Operations and Business Teams to support supply needs for existing and new products.
    • Drive business results, including service levels, inventory targets, and cost reductions.

    Essential Functions of the Role:

    • Lead Supply Chain Planning Managers and Process Owners.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.
    • Translate Commercial objectives into Operational plans.
    • Share thought leadership in Supply Chain Planning and S&OP.
    • Develop Supply Chain Planning capabilities and recommend technical solutions.

    Education Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in relevant field (required). MBA or MS preferred.
