    Program Lead - Sales Process and Tooling

    About this role:

    The Global Sales Strategy and Operations Team ensures that JET's Global Sales Organisation runs effectively and is set up for success. In this everchanging and rapid environment, we are instrumental in setting the sales strategy and driving flawless execution, defining the way thousands of sellers are selling across all markets globally In this role you will report directly to the Head of Global Sales Process and Operations.

    As the Program Lead Sales Process and Tooling you will drive the design, implementation and improvement of sales processes, infrastructure and tooling. Initially you will be tasked to design an entirely new process, tooling and data infrastructure for our new Global Sales Incentive Plan, which is the core vehicle within sales to achieve our company objectives. Longer term you will work in addition on a variety of other processes and tools in our sales environment, mostly related to Salesforce.

    These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

    • Partner with global & local sales leadership, country managers, and cross-functional stakeholders (Product & Tech, HR, Data, Finance) to set and land one global infrastructure for sales process and systems for specific sales operations areas;
    • Design and maintain compliant & consistent global sales processes to drive the sales incentive plan;
    • Independently own global continuous improvement programs within JET, to optimise sales processes by focusing on automation and maximising sales excellence across all 19 markets;
    • Be the subject matter expert when it comes to tooling & data that are critical for the sales performance management like the incentive plan (e.g. Xactly, Salesforce);
    • Develop an implementation roadmap and deliver the launch of specific tooling to markets & sales users.

    What will you bring to the table?

    • Experience in management consulting, sales operations, program management or advisory role;
    • Experience in designing & improving (sales) processes, automation tooling and infrastructure for a larger global organization desired;
    • Strong experience on continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. lean six sigma);
    • Solid problem solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, conduct data-driven analysis and come up with recommendations;
    • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands, as well as, sense of urgency;
    • High energy, autonomy and resilience with a "Get it done" attitude;
    • Superb communication and presentations skills;
    • Proven ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders, including tech management.
